Ayané Chrun is a multimedia artist and designer from Paris with Japanese and Chinese-Cambodian roots. Fluent in multiple languages, she thrives in international and cross-cultural design spaces, drawing inspiration from different perspectives.

In 2023, she designed the merchandise 3 years in a row for the KINOTAYO Japanese Contemporary Cinema Festival in Strasbourg and Paris, a project that celebrated strong Japanese women: one of the central themes of her work. At its core, her art sheds light on misogyny in Japan and emotions that don’t always have words.
